Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis from multiple sources.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to perform moderately complex financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of onboarding, career ladders, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide employee relations guidance and conflict resolution.
• Assist with investigations and grievances as they arise.
• Manage HR functions such as employment, labor relations, and compensation for a business unit.
• Conduct training on topics including performance management and diversity.
