Job summary

Arkansas Talent Group is partnering with a respected organization to hire a strategic HRBP who partners with leaders to influence decisions and build practical people strategies that improve performance, engagement, and retention.

The HRBP will serve as trusted advisor translating business priorities into workforce solutions, offering guidance on structure, staffing, and employee relations, while upholding values-driven experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Six+ years of progressive HR experience partnering with managers and leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, investigations, and HR compliance.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR or comparable certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders on workforce planning, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Align staffing strategies with business objectives and priorities.
• Advise on organizational structure, role clarity, and workload distribution.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Coach managers on feedback, conflict resolution, and employee development.
• Identify trends in HR metrics and recommend improvements.
• Lead HR initiatives to improve manager capability and communication.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies across departments.
• Represent People Operations in meetings and cross-functional projects.
• Serve as a credible resource for leaders and staff at all levels.
