Job summary

Celestica, Inc. in Austin, TX, is seeking a Senior HR Manager to partner with HR leadership on all aspects of human resources for the Americas. This hands-on role supports hardware platform solutions engineering teams and drives HR strategy from employee relations to workforce planning.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of HR experience, with a business or HR degree; a Master's degree and CHRP/SHRM-CP/PHR are preferred. Travel ~25% and strong leadership in diverse, global settings are valued.

Qualifications

• Eight plus years of experience as a Senior HR generalist or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR, required.
• Master’s Degree in Business, HR or Organizational Development, preferred.
• CHRP, SHRM-CP or PHR certification, preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or advanced technology environments is a plus.
• Strong business acumen with ability to partner with senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of HR to drive strategic HR initiatives including org design and talent development.
• Provide strategic advice on HR issues, workforce trends and workforce planning.
• Diagnose issues and collaborate with COEs to design programs and execution plans.
• Lead talent lifecycle management and succession planning activities.
• Collaborate with Talent Attraction to interview and hire key talent.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and lead change management for transformations.
• Leverage data and insights to develop People Strategies that improve performance.
