Job summary

Celestica is seeking an HR Lead to manage site-level human resources and labor relations, including policy development, staffing strategies, and performance management. You will coach managers, handle investigations, and partner with senior leadership on organizational change initiatives.

The role requires 7–10 years of HR leadership, strong knowledge of labor laws, and hands-on experience with HRIS and compensation practices. This is an on-site position based in Plano, TX.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Seven to ten years of relevant HR leadership experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of labor laws and government regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR management and labor relations at a site or across multiple sites.
  • Develop three to five year plans and local policies for the function.
  • Negotiate and administer local labor agreements and union relations.
  • Coach managers, conduct investigations, and drive performance management.
  • Implement staffing, compensation, and talent development programs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational change and PMO initiatives.
