Responsabilidades

• Advise and coach leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent, performance, employee relations, workforce planning, compensation, and change.
• Participate in senior staff discussions to identify people implications of business strategies.

• Develop practical HR solutions that align priorities with business objectives.
• Guide leaders through performance management, coaching, career development, corrective action.
• Conduct thorough employee-relations investigations and support compliance with laws.
• Contribute to enterprise HR programs, policies, and projects, representing business needs.
• Build partnerships across HR to deliver integrated, value-added solutions.
