Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work with department leaders and the HR leadership team to align people strategy with business goals. The role blends hands-on support with strategic initiatives across employee relations, workforce planning, and talent development.

You'll be the trusted advisor on promotions, performance management, and retention, building strong relationships and delivering practical HR solutions across our Nashville-area teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years in Human Resources with 2–4 years in HRBP role.
• Experience with compensation, employee relations, talent management.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems.
• Subject matter expertise in at least one talent management area.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Partner with HR leadership to execute strategic initiatives for Talent Management and lead at least one project.
• Build relationships with department leaders and employees and serve as consultative HR partner.
• Provide guidance on promotions, performance management, and talent development.
• Monitor employee engagement, analyze trends, and support retention initiatives.
• Lead or support restructuring and succession planning to align talent with growth.
