Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking an HR Partner to collaborate with the HR team in supporting Technology Leadership Architecture and High Tech organizations.

You will provide coaching and HR consultation in performance management, change management, recruiting lifecycle, and employee relations to drive people initiatives across a global HR team. The role emphasizes building strong internal client relationships, partnering with BU leadership, and guiding HR programs that align with strategic objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience or equivalent.
• Proven HR Generalist skills including employee relations, employment law, engagement, compensation, performance management, recruitment, and training and development.

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations – primary contact for managers and associates; handle concerns; conduct investigations and recommend actions.
• Recruitment & Retention – partner with Recruiting to attract and retain top talent.
• Workforce Planning & Organizational Development – craft role profiles; align with budget and forecast; guide organization changes.
• Succession Planning – support leadership prep for talent reviews; identify top talent and retention strategies.
• Compensation & Benefits – participate in annual salary, bonus/commission, and equity planning with BU leadership.
