Qualifications

• Supports Office of Chief Technology Officer and other functions.
• Delivers core HR services to enable manager and employee experience.
• Partners with COE & HR Ops to deliver HR strategy.
• Uses HR analytics tools like Workday and Workforce Dashboard.

Responsibilities

• Shape HR BU/Function strategies to align to BU strategy.
• Diagnose and intervene to optimize business performance.
• Conduct organizational & talent assessments; build talent pipeline.
• Design and implement change management and engagement strategies.
• Coach and develop executive leadership and management.
• Leverage COE & HR Ops to deliver HR initiatives.
• Balance enterprise-wide and BU-specific needs with local requirements.
• Utilize Workday and analytics for HR insights; participate in M&A due diligence.
