Job summary

Gartner is seeking an experienced leader to head HR Technology delivery from our Centers of Excellence near Irving, TX and Stamford, CT. You will guide a team of program managers, shape the HR technology roadmap and deliver complex programs with executive visibility.

You will promote Agile practices, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and craft strategic communications for senior leaders. A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience are required, with a strong background in Workday delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive HR technology delivery experience.
• Strong executive presence and ability to organize transformative programs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, including PowerPoint.
• Track record solving client problems with technology-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate stakeholder partnerships to prioritize HR technology initiatives.
• Lead a team of program managers to plan, organize and execute transformative work.
• Develop content for senior stakeholders showing HR Technology strategy and delivery updates.
• Support HR Technology operations with Agile practices and data-driven reporting.
