You will align HR initiatives with corporate objectives, mitigate risk, and guide managers on talent, performance, and policy matters.

The role focuses on partnering with leaders to drive workforce planning, development, and compliant HR processes across regions while supporting organizational effectiveness and growth.

Qualifications

• Strategic HR leadership across designated regions and divisions.
• Administer employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, engagement, and recruitment support.
• Identify HR trends and succession needs to support workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership and guidance to managers and employees across regions or divisions.
• Administer a broad range of HR functions including employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, engagement, planning, development, and recruitment support.
• Identify emerging HR trends and issues and collaborate with leaders on workforce planning and succession.
• Advise on employee relations matters, managing conflicts, disciplinary actions, grievances, and discrimination concerns.
• Provide policy guidance and seek legal counsel to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Partner with other HR teams to address organizational challenges and improve service delivery.
• Advise managers on performance feedback to support growth and development.
• Lead or contribute to HR initiatives and projects driving organizational effectiveness.
• Perform additional responsibilities to support HR functions.
