Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking an HR Partner to collaborate with the IPA HR team to implement initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. You will build strong internal client relationships and coach leaders to drive people management initiatives.

The role focuses on providing HR consultation in performance management, change management, recruiting life cycle, and employee relations within a global, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with strong business acumen.
• Proven HR Generalist skills including employee relations, employment law, employee engagement, compensation, performance management, recruitment, and training and development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for managers and associates; address concerns; conduct investigations and escalate as needed.
• Partner with Recruiting to attract and retain top talent.
• Support workforce planning and organizational development; align with budget and forecast cycle.
• Support succession planning and talent reviews; help identify top talent and retention strategies.
• Contribute to compensation and benefits planning; analyze market adjustments with global teams.
