Accenture Federal Services is seeking an HR Partner to drive workforce planning, talent deployment, and employee experiences in a federal government-focused environment. You will advise leaders, partner with HR teams, and use data and AI-enabled tooling to anticipate talent issues and improve outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic collaboration, balancing business needs with employee advocacy, and supporting staffing, performance, and development initiatives in a dynamic, matrixed setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic HR partnering, talent management, workforce planning, or staffing within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and familiarity with Power Automate.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools or platforms used for HR, scheduling, analytics, or productivity; ability to learn and apply new AI capabilities as they evolve.

Responsabilités

• Support employees in navigating staffing and scheduling processes, tools, and resource deployment activities.
• Partner with Business Leads and HR Business Partners to develop and execute staffing strategies for assigned resource pools, including proactive management of upcoming roll-offs.
• Support employees and business leaders during the performance & rewards process for our people.
• Assist with resolving issues, collaborating with HR Business Partners and/or Employee Relations as needed.
• Understand of employee development strategies, career pathing, and learning programs that support long-term talent growth.
