• Provides guidance on performance management, compensation, recognition programs and training.
• Resolves complex employee relations issues and conducts thorough investigations.
• Ensures regulatory compliance by maintaining knowledge of labor laws and consulting with legal as needed.
• Supports change management and culture initiatives; assists in career development and staffing initiatives.
• Partners with HR team to share best practices and improve HR effectiveness and retention.
