ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks an HR leader to align business objectives with employees and management across designated groups. You will partner across HR to deliver value-added services that reflect organizational goals and support two or more groups of increasing complexity.

You will advise managers on performance, compensation and training, ensure regulatory compliance, handle complex employee relations and investigations, and drive talent development and retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• PHR, SPHR, or related HR Certification preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources or a specific HR discipline.

Responsabilités

• Meets regularly with respective business group leaders to stay informed of the needs of the group as well as inform the group of HR initiatives.
• Provides guidance on performance management, evaluation, compensation, recognition programs and training.
• Interprets HR policies for supervision and counseling employees on work related problems.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues and conducts investigations.
• Partners with the broader HR team to share best practices and improve HR effectiveness.
• Participates in new employee orientation and exit interviews to understand attrition trends and address issues.
• Recommends strategies to motivate and engage employees and supports change management and culture initiatives.
• Supports processes related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, and performance management.
• Works with management to improve relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Supports training needs and may deliver or coordinate non-operational training.
