Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• PHR, SPHR, or related HR Certification preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources or a specific HR discipline.

• Meets regularly with business group leaders to stay informed of needs and inform on HR initiatives.
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and regulatory compliance.
• Provides guidance on performance management, evaluation, compensation, recognition programs and training.
• Interprets HR policies and counsels employees on work-related problems.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues and conducts investigations.
• Researches, analyzes data and prepares recommendations on assigned projects.
• Partners with the broader HR team and shares best practices.
• Participates in orientation of new employees and exit interviews to address attrition trends.
• Recommends strategies to motivate and engage employees and supports change management.
• Supports processes related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, ethics and performance management.
