Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Human Capital Consultant to support client training and human capital initiatives. You will evaluate training needs, prepare structured content inputs, and assist with UAT.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to manage high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment. Collaborate with instructional designers, training developers, and client stakeholders to ensure training deliverables meet

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years equivalent work experience.
4+ years of management/strategy consulting experience.
Strong understanding of federal HR principles and processes.
Outstanding written communication across reports, memos, briefs, talking points, and presentations.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality products.
Ability to collaborate across large teams and engage external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Evaluate training needs and prepare structured content inputs.
Support development and review of training deliverables.
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and test script development.
Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams for requirements validation.
Review draft training products for accuracy and alignment with quality standards.
Support multiple training modalities (ILT, CBT, job aids, reference guides).
