Job summary

You will collaborate with HR to deliver value-added service and support compliance, performance management and workforce development.

The role involves partnering with group leaders, handling complex employee relations, and driving HR initiatives to improve morale and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• PHR, SPHR, or related HR Certification preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources or a specific HR discipline.

Responsibilities

• Meets regularly with business group leaders to stay informed of needs and inform on HR initiatives.
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and regulatory compliance.
• Provides guidance on performance management, evaluation, compensation, recognition programs and training.
• Interprets HR policies for supervision and counseling employees.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues and conducts thorough investigations.
• Conducts research, analyzes data and prepares recommendations on assigned projects.
• Partners with the broader HR team and shares best practices to enhance effectiveness.
• Participates in orientation of new employees and exit interviews to understand attrition trends and address issues.
• Recommends strategies to motivate and engage employees and supports change management and culture initiatives.
• Participates in implementing processes related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, ethics and performance management.
• Works with management to improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Supports training needs for various programs and may deliver or coordinate non-operational training.
