Job summary

Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Corporation of America in Newnan, GA is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead talent management, acquisition, workforce planning and employee relations across assigned client groups. You will partner with leadership to develop workforce strategies and drive HR programs aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years HR experience (3+ as a Generalist), strong communication skills, and proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years in HR, with at least 3 years as a Generalist.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Is the main point of contact for all HR-related topics for assigned area/client groups.
• Builds close relationships with customers, partners, and teammates, constantly striving to increase the HR value-proposition for Yamaha.
• Works closely with client group on matters involving the Human Capital of YMMC.
• Consults with leadership on workforce development needs and facilitates talent acquisition activities.
• Analyzes key HR metrics to proactively identify workforce trends and create value-add HR programs.
• Uses data to create value-add reports to solve problems.
• Partners with leaders and employees to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Maintains knowledge of legal and policy requirements to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, morale, productivity and retention.
• Thinks creatively to evolve the HR organization and lead workplace trends.
• Participates in and/or leads HR-related projects and initiatives.
