Job summary

FANUC America is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to guide leadership and align HR strategies with business objectives. You will advise on performance management, talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning to support growth and compliance.

As a strategic partner, you will drive HR initiatives, collaborate with Talent Acquisition, and lead changes across organizational structures while maintaining a positive work environment and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in Human Resources, partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance and be a trusted operational partner to leaders.
• Lead performance management, development plans, and talent reviews.
• Support employee relations, compliance, investigations, and risk management.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for recruitment and retention strategies.
• Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
• Oversee HR data accuracy, reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
