Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and training databases preferred.

• Ability to manage confidential payroll records responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and configures the HRIS to support the HR department.
• Resolves questions about Self Service, payroll, and company policies.
• Assists managers with system issues and report writing.
• Inputs annual pay changes and coordinates new hires in Payroll Provider System.
• Runs audits to ensure data accuracy and provides ADP reporting.
• Provides backup support for Payroll Specialist as needed.
