Job summary

The Resource is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR practices with manufacturing operations. On-site in Newton, NC and Conover, NC, you will partner with leaders on workforce planning, performance and compliance across multiple states.

You will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll support, benefits coordination, and training programs, while maintaining HRIS data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws in NC, CO, PA, and IL.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Partnership: partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support operational goals, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Talent Acquisition & Retention: lead full-cycle recruitment and retention efforts across all organizational levels; identify workforce needs.
• Employee Relations & Workforce Support: provide daily HR support, manage employee relations and investigations.
• Payroll, Compensation & Benefits: process bi-weekly payroll; maintain HRIS data; participate in salary planning; coordinate benefits.
• Compliance & Risk Management: ensure compliance with laws; manage claims; file EEO-1 reports.
• Training, Development & Engagement: develop training programs and leadership development; coordinate engagement events.
• Additional Duties: create HR policies and perform other HR-related duties.
