Ace Hardware Corporation in Kansas City, MO is hiring an HR Business Partner to support the Retail Support Center on a Sunday-Wednesday 4-10 shift. You will align people strategies with business objectives and serve as a trusted HR consultant to RSC leadership, with hands-on recruiting and staffing responsibilities.

You’ll coach management, handle employee relations, policy administration and performance management, and partner with HR to deliver integrated solutions while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of progressive HR experience required.
• Strong recruiting, employee relations and policy administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support HR processes, coaching management on staffing, employee relations, and performance management.
• Conduct recruiting, screening, and interview activities; build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Provide proactive HR consulting to management and ensure compliance with policies and laws; support leave and workers’ comp as assigned.
