Job summary

ACE Hardware in Ohio is seeking a RSC Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the HR department’s day-to-day operations at the Retail Support Center, with a Sunday–Thursday, 10:00am–6:30pm schedule.

You will assist recruitment efforts including intake meetings, phone screens, posting jobs, gathering candidate notes, and scheduling orientation for new hires, while administering background checks and post-offer steps. Maintain HR files with confidentiality and aid onboarding.

• Administer post-offer steps and coordinate background checks.
• Maintain and organize HR files with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding logistics.
• Ensure compliance with I-9 and HR policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post requisitions and manage candidate communications data.
