Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a RSC Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations at our Retail Support Center. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and candidate communications, ensuring a smooth process from intake to start date.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a high level of confidentiality, and a customer-service mindset to support internal stakeholders and applicants effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is preferred.
• PHR/SPHR designation desirable but not required.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment efforts, including intake meetings and phone screens.
• Administer post-offer drug testing and background checks.
• Enter job requisitions and manage applicant communications.
• Assist with offers and onboarding processes.
