Ace Hardware is seeking an HR Business Partner for the Retail Support Center in Kansas City, Missouri. This onsite role supports the second shift (Sunday–Wednesday, 4–10) and partners with RSC leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.

The HRBP serves as a trusted consultant across staffing, employee relations, policy, and performance management, coordinating with Ace Corporate and leadership to drive compliant HR solutions.

Formación

• 2-5 years progressive HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• PHR/SPHR preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a high‑pressure environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support recruiting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Advise management on HR processes, policy administration, and performance management.
• Partner with HR and Ace Corporate to align people strategies with goals.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and HR guidance across staffing and compliance.
• Support leave of absence processing and workers’ compensation as assigned.
• Promote Ace Values and foster a positive, safe workplace culture.
• Facilitate New Hire Orientation and 15/30/45‑day check-ins.
