Exact Match Recruitment is partnering with a global manufacturer to hire an HR Business Partner for the plant in the Greater Kansas City Area. You will work with plant management to align HR programs with production goals, oversee staffing, onboarding, and employee development.

The role emphasizes safety, wage structures, and employee relations, with an onsite, day-shift schedule Monday through Friday. A BA/BS in HR or related field and 5+ years of HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or similar field of study.
• Minimum of 5+ years of HR responsibility, with responsibility for both salaried and hourly staff.
• Deep understanding of workplace safety regulations and employment laws
• Strong preference for experience in a manufacturing environment.
• This role is onsite, Monday thru Friday, day shift.

Responsibilities

• Work with plant management to ensure staffing levels meet plant production schedules.
• Support the recruitment process thru sourcing, interviewing and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new employees that emphasize safety, quality and productivity.
• Develop training initiatives to support operational requirements.
• Investigate workplace issues diligently, mediating and resolving internal conflicts in strict alignment with compliance standards and corporate policies.
• Provide guidance on pay structures, including salaries, overtime and shift premiums.
• Coach plant management on employee development, feedback and retention strategies.
