Milwaukee Tool is seeking an experienced HR Talent leader to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across our Power Tool Engineering organization. You will shape Talent priorities, lead large-scale initiatives, and partner with executives to align people strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR/Talent experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience shaping organizational strategy through Talent planning and large-scale change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping talent priorities and organizational design.
• Lead talent reviews, workforce planning, and succession initiatives across multiple sites.
• Partner with Legal/Compliance and executives on employee relations and risk mitigation.
• Use analytics to influence leadership decisions and drive organizational health.
