Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Talent Management partner to forecast and implement proactive talent solutions that align with business goals. You will lead talent reviews, org design, and employee experience initiatives across Milwaukee Tool’s operations in the Milwaukee area.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of progressive Talent experience supporting Sr Leaders.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Progressive generalist with leadership partnerships and strategic impact.
Ability to translate data into actionable talent solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to assess performance and potential; identify gaps.
Execute talent reviews, org design, and employee experience initiatives.
Develop internal mobility plans aligned to business needs.
Coach leaders on performance and retention strategies.
Lead talent cycle activities within assigned business groups.
