Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Talent Advisor (onsite) to partner with Operations leaders, forecast and implement proactive talent solutions, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. You will drive workforce planning, data integrity, and employee experience initiatives while supporting employee relations and policy compliance.

Travel to Wisconsin sites may be required. The role emphasizes business acumen, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration within Talent COEs, reporting to the Talent

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of progressive business experience.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous HR Generalist experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to understand business objectives and deliver talent solutions that support operational goals.
Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives.
Maintain data integrity and generate workforce reports (headcount, turnover, internal mobility).
Assist with employee relations and compliance and guide policies and practices.
