Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Talent Advisor to partner with operations leaders, forecast talent needs, and implement proactive solutions to drive organizational effectiveness across Wisconsin locations. The role emphasizes data integrity, employee experience, and cross-functional collaboration on talent projects.

The ideal candidate will have a background in HR, business, or organizational development, 1+ year of relevant experience, and proficiency with Workday HRIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of progressive business experience
• Experience with Workday HRIS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise diplomacy
• Analytical mindset with data-driven approach

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders to forecast and implement proactive talent solutions.
• Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Influence leaders through organizational change, talent decisions, and team development.
• Leverage workforce analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with Talent COEs and leaders to develop talent plans across locations.
• Audit workforce data and maintain accurate organizational records.
• Generate and deliver headcount, turnover, internal mobility, and health metrics.
• Support employee relations matters and policy guidance.
• Lead talent projects across multiple functions and locations.
• Assist with Workday promotions, transfers, and restructures.
