Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBP to execute core HR processes including performance management, talent management, total rewards, and training.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with leaders to support recruitment and staffing plans.
• Drive an inclusive and diverse culture with HRBP.
• Develop and administer programs to enhance associate engagement and satisfaction.
