Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation seeks an experienced HR leader to design and execute compensation, career development, performance management and employee engagement strategies. You will partner with leaders across the organization, including front-line to senior executives, to shape talent development and policy interpretation.

The role requires deep experience in mortgage services and a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and regulatory compliance, with a hybrid work model

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in a corporate HR environment with a shared services model preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Mortgage services.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute HR strategies to support compensation, career development, performance management, employee engagement, and affirmative action.
• Partner with front line to upper management levels plus team members; input into compensation and leadership reporting.
• Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk related to employment by investigating employee complaints and applying policies with fairness and consistency.
