Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR business partner role is required. Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in performance management, employee relations, and talent development is required.
• Experience with HRIS and data analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
• Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development.
• Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations for resolution.
• Drive the recruitment and selection process for assigned business units or departments, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other HR teams to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs.
