Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to business units, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and driving effectiveness.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to management and play a key role in talent development and workforce planning. The role requires in-depth HR knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to partner with leaders across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience with at least 2 years in an HR business partner role; transportation/logistics experience a plus.
• Experience in performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
• Experience with HRIS and data analytics preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with business leaders, managers, and employees.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into HR initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures
• Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development
• Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations for resolution
• Drive recruitment and selection for assigned business units or departments, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable laws
• Collaborate with other HR teams to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs
