Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR initiatives across Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, and Compensation & Benefits. You will partner with site leaders to drive recruitment strategies, training, and employee engagement while ensuring legal compliance and effective payroll administration.

The role involves coaching managers, implementing HR programs, analyzing workforce data, and supporting labor relations across locations with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• HR leadership with experience guiding business leaders
• Knowledge of Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development
• Recruitment strategy experience for professional/managerial roles
• Experience with compensation and benefits programs, payroll and employee relations

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
• Act as change agent to drive transformation and engagement initiatives
• Establish robust recruitment processes to attract and retain talent
• Administer employee and labor relations programs in line with company policies
• Provide coaching and advice to managers for issue resolution and day-to-day support
• Coordinate employee recognition programs and conduct exit interviews
• Analyze HR data to inform actions and improve processes
• Travel as required by business needs
