Job summary

DSV in the USA is seeking a HR Business Partner to support our Solutions division. You will handle recruitment, employee relations, change management, payroll administration or related areas in a global logistics environment.A Bachelor's degree in HR, business or a related field with 3 years of HR experience is required. Must be able to work in warehouse environments, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in human resources.
• Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR solutions across compensation, hiring, training and policy development.
• Evaluate client needs and build strong client relationships.
• Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Assist in payroll processing and Open Enrollment periods.
• Assist in the resolution of Associate Relations issues and investigations as needed.
