Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of demonstrated HR Partner experience required; 7+ years preferred.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless employment experience.
• Lead talent assessment and development initiatives, identify high-potential employees, and support succession planning.
• Provide guidance on performance management and employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Support recruiting and onboarding with Talent Acquisition for various roles.
• Collaborate on P&O initiatives and leverage HRIS data to improve processes.
