Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field with 3 years’ HR experience.
• Ability to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR solutions for recruitment, compensation, training, and policy development.
• Maintain employee files and HRIS records in compliance with laws.
• Support hiring by posting jobs, screening, and onboarding.
• Communicate policies and enforce them with management.
• Assist with open enrollment and payroll processing.
• Handle employee relations issues and investigations.
