Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years HR/related experience.
• Experience with onboarding, investigations, training or talent management.
• Experience leading employee-focused processes.

Responsabilités

• Improve site effectiveness by addressing root causes and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive HR solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management, including performance feedback and development.
• Drive equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
