Job summary

GSK is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the US Commercial HR team. You will act as a key member of leadership teams, accountable for designing and delivering the HR strategy for aligned business areas.

You will partner with US Commercial lines to effectively execute the people plan, lead diverse change projects, coach senior leaders, and leverage data to improve business outcomes and employee engagement. This role sits in Durham, NC with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of HR Business Partnering experience.
• Experience delivering interventions across leadership development, talent management, executive coaching, building high performing teams, capability builds and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with US Commercial functional lines to execute the people plan.
• Design and deliver HR strategy for aligned business areas.
• Lead delivery of diverse change projects in support of the business's strategic agenda.
• Coach leaders to engage and develop diverse, high performing teams.
• Apply data and analytics to diagnose opportunities and monitor benefits.
