Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 6 years of HR experience in a global environment.
• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of HR experience in a global environment.
• Experience as a strategic business partner supporting executive leadership.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification is desirable.
• Proven success in implementing organizational change initiatives that drive business results.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into people initiatives.
• Experience leading teams in a complex, matrixed global organization.
