Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive HR business partner experience in dynamic environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Labor Relations, HRM or Psychology; Master’s preferred.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish; both written and spoken mandated.

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead organization design, workforce planning and talent management.
• Coach leaders on organizational issues and HR policies.
