Dover Food Retail, Conyers, GA HQ near Atlanta, seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead the HR team across three manufacturing plants and ~1,200 employees. Develop and execute people strategies aligned with senior leadership objectives in a high‑performance culture.

You will partner with leaders on talent management, succession planning, and HRIS/payroll accuracy, while ensuring ethical compliance and effective communication across the organization. Travel ~25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience leading an HR team/Center of Excellence.
• 10+ years of HR experience.
• 2+ years working with HRISs.

Responsabilités

• Leads and serves as an effective resource for employees to ensure clear communication and alignment to company employee relations goals.
• Provides consultation to the business and employees on HR strategy and policy.
• Builds relationships with business leaders, managers, and the HR team to drive people strategies.
• Identifies development needs and designs project plans.
• Supports talent management initiatives including recruiting, training, and succession planning.
• Oversees HRIS and payroll accuracy across facilities.
