Responsibilities

• Assesses organizational performance, defines talent gaps, and develops HR strategy including workforce planning and staffing.
• Recruits, develops, and retains HR teams for assigned client groups with consistent practices across the plant.
• Drives performance culture and coaches leaders on effective HR tool usage.
• Assesses training needs to close gaps between current and future skill sets.
• Creates talent pipelines and oversees staffing strategies for exempt/non-exempt roles.
• Coaches leaders on HR policies to promote engagement and continuous development.
• Leads organization design projects to improve speed, efficiency, and culture.
