Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Manager, HR Operations in Philadelphia. The role leads payroll, HRIS implementation/administration, benefits and compensation operations, and drives the future HR operating model. You will manage a team, partner with Finance, IT and HR partners, and ensure compliant, scalable processes.

The successful candidate will standardize work, improve service delivery and support a multi-state workforce and internal stakeholders with strong governance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in HR operations with payroll oversight.
• Experience leading multi-state payroll and HR technology projects.
• Strong governance, controls and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll for a multi-site workforce across states with governance and accuracy.
• Lead HR technology administration, data quality and reporting.
• Oversee benefits and compensation operations and partner with Total Rewards.
