Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Conyers, GA is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist - Operations to partner with leadership and advocate for front-line employees. You will drive staffing, performance management, training, salary analysis, and safety culture.

This role requires 7+ years HRBP/Generalist experience in a production environment, a Bachelor's degree, and proven leadership. You will lead HR processes across onboarding, attendance, and policy implementation, with flexible hours to cover

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
7+ years HRBP/Generalist experience in production/manufacturing.
Strong leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted business partner and coach for leadership at all levels.
Lead staffing for full-time and temporary resources.
Lead annual performance management process.
Conduct salary and wage analysis as needed.
Coordinate employee training needs and delivery.
Address employee complaints and policy violations (ADA, EEOC, Title VII, etc.).
Develop and implement strategies for positive employee relations and effective two-way communication.
First point of contact for HR-related issues and questions.
May require flexible hours to cover all shifts.
Lead HR process improvements with the HR team.
