Dover Food Retail in Conyers, GA is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist - Operations to partner with leadership and guide HR services for both front-line and management teams. You will drive staffing, performance management, compensation analyses, training, onboarding, and employee relations while supporting a strong safety culture.

You will lead HR process improvements, oversee investigations, and act as a trusted advocate for employees across shifts.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 7+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as trusted business partner and coach for leadership at all levels.
• Lead staffing for full-time and temporary resources; conduct org designs as needed.
• Lead the annual performance management process and compensation/merit reviews.
• Develop training plans, oversee onboarding and exit processes, and investigate employee concerns.
• Partner with leaders to drive employee relations, open communication, safety culture, and policy adherence.
