Job summary

Bonduelle Americas is seeking a Manager, HR Operations to lead day-to-day payroll, HR technology, benefits administration and compensation operations. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards & Systems, the role will strengthen controls, service levels and scale processes for a multi-site workforce.

This hands-on management role focuses on standardizing work, removing duplication, and improving continuity. You will shape the future HR operating model and drive operational excellence across HR

Qualifications

• Typically 7–10+ years of progressive HR operations experience.
• Hands-on leadership in multi-state payroll and HRIS ownership.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and executive-level reporting.
• Broader exposure to benefits administration, compensation operations, analytics and HR service delivery.
• Ability to identify risk and frame recommendations with sound operational decisions.
• Demonstrated people leadership including coaching and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll for a multi-state, multi-site workforce and develop payroll governance.
• Oversee HR data quality, access controls and HR technology enhancements.
• Own benefits administration, enrollment, vendor coordination and compliance processes.
• Manage compensation administration, merit and bonus cycles, and data validation.
• Partner with Total Rewards leadership on strategy, design, and governance; own execution and escalation.
