This role provides HR consultation and support to management, including senior leadership, to align people strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, and workplace culture with departmental goals. Key duties include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, guiding day-to-day performance management, handling employee relations investigations, and advising on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 5–7 years HR or related business experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, coaching, conflict resolution, and active listening skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong operational literacy to understand HR impact on business.

Responsabilités

• Lead recruitment lifecycle with hiring managers, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offers.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
• Investigate employee relations issues objectively.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to staff and management.
• Identify training needs for staff and management and advise accordingly.
• Perform job evaluation and compensation analysis.
• Perform other related duties as required.
