Job summary

UVM Health Network - Alice Hyde Medical Center seeks a Human Resource Business Partner to advise department leaders on HR issues and align initiatives with organizational strategy and DEI goals. Under the Dir of HR, this role builds strong partnerships across recruiting, compensation, benefits, retention, and employee health to deliver timely, value-added services that support business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with two years of HR experience, or a high school diploma with four years of HR experience.
Proficient in Excel and Word; PC and word processing abilities required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Highly organized, service and detail oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality; able to set priorities, multi-task, and work independently.

Responsibilities

Serve as consultant to leadership and staff on HR issues and interpret policies.
Act as primary liaison between HR and designated departments to align goals with organizational strategy.
Partner with HR colleagues in recruiting, compensation, benefits, retention, and employee health to deliver integrated service.
